Your body image
It seems that many people have some sort of negative body image. Why do we do that to ourselves? I’m not sure if that really matters – the why? … let’s just work on fixing that negative image.
I do know for sure that your body is beautiful just the way you are!
If you don’t like what you see in the mirror make some changes. Exercise a little more, change the internal dialog you have with yourself (our meditation this month will focus on this apect), appreciate what you have, focus on the good bits, know that you are strong and lovable.
If you don’t struggle with a poor body image then … lucky you!! Keep it up, share this info with someone that you know has a hard time. Let them know how much they matter, just as they are.
Enough about this, you know where you struggle most with your body image, let’s move onto making those positive changes happen.
