Here are a few tips on how to start oil pulling in your life.
Do first thing in the morning.
Rinse your mouth with approximately one tablespoon of cold pressed organic oil for 15–20 minutes, preferably on an empty stomach.
Make sure to swish this all around your mouth, however, do not gargle with the oil. Really stretch out your cheeks as you pull the oil around your mouth.
I suggest doing this first thing in the morning while you are getting ready to hop in the shower. Swish it around in your mouth instead of singing, wash your body and hair with organic shampoos and conditioners. Then depending upon how long you shower you might be able to oil pull the whole time you are in there.
A bit more ... Your mouth will continue to fill with saliva, account for this when determining how much oil to use.
Oils can clog your pipes. Consider running hot water down your drain every few times or spit your used oil into a throw away container.
Recommended oils are: Cold Pressed Sesame oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil and olive oil.
Follow this with a re mineralization toothpaste or sea salt wash.
