~Every night I cleanse with Peppermint Cleanser
~Every morning I cleanse with Sweet Lupine Cleansing Creame
~Every morning moisture routine Spritz with Rose Spray
4-5 drops of Camellia Oil
As recommended Bio-Energy Lift Contouring Creme
~Twice a week - Sweet Cherry Brightening Enzyme
~Daily or there-a-abouts - Botanical Brightening Serum
on my dark spots (crazy sun in Australia gave me these!) OK, I have a couple of odd scarring on my nose and I use it here too (about 1-2 times per week)
~Sometimes I'll use some Vitamin C Revitalizing Lotion for a mid day pick me up. Along with a spritzer (I love using spritzers) Rose or Immortelle
~A small amount of concealer (currently, this foundation) under my eyes
~Colours for eyeshadow depends upon what I am wearing, normally it is a brown for contour and a lighter shade for the rest
~Black or Brown for eyeliner
~Mascara is the only thing I wear that is not totally good for me - I do my best, but it is difficult to find ones that don't run down my face by the end of the day :( I am a fan of Benefits They're Real in black
~and a bit of a rosy-red colour on my lips
~My evening routine for moisture? Honestly, this depends. I am continually sent products from other companies (I am so thankful for their interest in my business) so this is where I try those out. Many I like, but nothing has compared to Naturopathica for my skin. I love it and am honoured to continue to offer it to you!
~For my hair I use camellia oil. I also, use Ion shampoo in cool blonde (its all of the bleaching I do to my hair - I don't want it to be brassy.) I get it from Sally's.
~Moisture for the rest of me is Unscented lotion and some sort of oil (depends on my mood) I was just sent some Lavender Lotion from another company. I LOVE it and am considering carrying this. It is from Farmaesthetics!
~I love Micro current and my BT Micro - these I do once a week. The micro current more often if needed. These are offered as my Intensive and Signature Facials.
I do give myself the honey facials too - well, because they are so effective.
What else do I do? Meditate, skin brush, hike and continue to have a positive outlook on life (I am human and this is not always the case-but hey I get back on that bike and ride again!)
I practice what I preach all of the time. Hope this helps!!
