1/4 rose hips
Mix all together and store in an air tight container. My favorite are vintage canning jars, especially the blue ones.
1 T per tea pot of this superb tea will delight you for hours.
Your new night time sleeping friend ...
2 oz glass bottle with spray lid
Fill with pure water
5 drops of lavender essential oil
shake before each use
spray onto pillow before bed
Take a bath ...
Apply a small amount (1-2 teaspoons) of camellia/olive/coconut to your skin. Jut a bit of it on your arms or legs.
Mix 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil with the oil and apply to your skin.
Yes, you can add to your bath water but normally it just clings to the side of your tub- yuck! This way it sticks to your skin and not the tub - bonus!!
Perfect for wound care ...
1 oz camellia oil, hazelnut or almond oil (I'm not a fan of putting essential oils directly on your skin. Too much of a good thing is too much! Always dilute your essential oils.
5-10 drops of lavender essential oil
Or try this ... it's a great roll on with everything already blended for you.
