Do this… write out what is good in your life. Dig deep. Possessions are nice and it is wonderful to be surrounded by beautiful, good things. But it is far more fulfilling to be nurtured by heartfelt thought processes and kindness.
What’s good to you? Good food, honest friends, artwork, shoes? What about honesty, thoughtfulness, being straightforward, fair, genuine, kind and loving?
Boundaries are a beneficial thing to have as 'good' Do you say ‘yes’ to everyone? Maybe it is time to say, ‘no’ as this sets new boundaries, thus allowing the good in your life to flow.
When you have this list of ‘good’ write that list into a circle. This is what you want in your life. It’s what you find to be desirable. It is what you will accept and want to have more of. This 'inner circle' is what you want to keep, and nurture.
“I nurture that which is good in my life.”
“My life is filled with countless exceptional opportunities.”
“I create bountiful grace in my life.”
