1) Don't believe in your depression - wake up every morning and say, "today is a good day." "I am happy." "I am relaxed." "I am free."
I know this is so much easier said than done, however it is possible. Give yourself the chance to be kind to yourself. This kind, easy feeling does make a difference in your overall mood. Really, why always think about the sadness or depression in life?
For further support seek out hypnotherapy, energy healing, meditation or just some good friends.
2) Keep garnet, citrine or orange quartz in your pockets. Wear them around your neck or on your fingers.
3) Essential oils of Lemongrass, Lavender or Lemon....take a bath with them, apply them to your body (dilute them first with hazelnut oil or coconut oil) or just give them a sniff.
Combine all 3, knowing that with ease you can, and will alter your mood. No need to cover up your sad feelings, but consistent support of yourself will alter the long run into feelings of enjoyment.
